Home › Forums › Tech Discussion › How to Use Chrome://net-internals/#dns to Clear DNS Cache?
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to clear the DNS cache while using Chrome in Incognito Mode. I know that using chrome://net-internals/#dns can help with clearing the DNS cache in regular mode, but I’m not sure if there’s a different process or any extra steps required for Incognito.
Does anyone have a reliable method or workaround to ensure the DNS cache is cleared when browsing in Incognito Mode?
Any advice or detailed steps would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!

### Why Clear DNS Cache?
– **Troubleshooting**: It can help resolve issues where websites are not loading correctly or are showing outdated content.
– **Privacy**: Clearing the DNS cache can also help improve your browsing privacy.
**Note**: Clearing Chrome’s DNS cache only affects the browser’s internal cache. If you need to clear the DNS cache for your operating system, you will have to do it separately through system settings or command line tools, depending on your OS.
